Shipping and Returns

We at Abilene & Lane want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Abilene & Lane will accept returns within 14 days upon arrival of purchase for selected items. Items such as hair accessories, jewelry, air fresheners, koozies, beauty products, swim suits, undergarments, and leggings are not eligible for return. Items purchased with discounts or clearance are notaccepted for return and are final sale. 

Items MUST be returned in the new, unused, and original condition, in the original package you received. This includes any attached tags. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Makeup, deodorant, and/or any other stains are not accepted for return. We have the right to refuse any return if we believe there is any sign of wear, alterations, odors, or damage to fabric, and if outside the 14 day period. 

We offer returns for IN STORE CREDIT only. 

In store credit will be available once item has been received and reviewed for any damages. Store credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. 

Shipping Charges on Returns 

You can return your item(s) by purchasing your own shipping label with the carrier or your choice. We recommend to ship via trackable method, as we are not responsible for lost packages. If you have received incorrect items we will happily provide a shipping label. 

“What if my item is damaged?” 

If you received a item that has been damaged during shipping, please contact our team at Abileneandlane@abileneandlane.com within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item. 

How to Return:

Email us with your request at Abileneandlane@abileneandlane.com, provide your order number and reason for return. 

Exchanges:

We are unable to process exchanges at this time. Due to limited quantity and moving inventory, we cannot guarantee that the item will remain in stock by the time your return arrives to Abilene & Lane.
